What Matchups does this character lose?

Asking because I'm having trouble with this character.

I am not 100% sure how many matchups she actually loses, but I may as well list who are particularly annoying (off the top of my head):

Diddy, Sheik, Mario, Sonic, Rosalina, Marth, Mega Man, Pikachu, Ness

From what i have seen and heard here is a list of things characters can have that ensure the can do pretty well vs Bayo

• A strong grab game. Basically characters that get high reward of grabs, i.e grab combos, kill throws or potential kill setups off throws
• A good way to keep Bayonetta out in neutral, such as effective projectiles or strong, safe normals
• A good disadavantage state and an effective way to escape Bayo's combos, having a fast airdodge or being small/floaty are examples

and to a lesser extent are Characters that have many these things listed above, and they have positive win vs in tournaments

Because they are particularly more annoying, and I say annoying just because I am not willing to call any "bad matchup" right now.
But yes, Ziodyne wrote it better than I could earlier today when I was on my phone trying to write it down, you may notice that the character I listed have all those characteristics or at the very least 2/3.

I'm very surprised by Ness though, I wouldn't imagine him of all characters to do well against Bayonetta.

Unfortunately Bayo doesn't really solidly lose any MUs. None that are plain and obvious; but she goes even with the bulk of the top tiers such as . In my opinion the toughest of those would be . She has straight up winning matchups with basically all of mid tier and most of high tier. Characters that play fast and have priority on their range can cause her trouble. Characters that are small and floaty can make her combos tougher as she's playing a sort of cat and mouse game, but they die easily too her as well.

are probably the two worst. Diddy i'd say is a slight loss, while Sheik is probably even and could be argued as a slight loss.

there's a good amount of characters believed to go even with bayo. And on a bit of an unrelated note, I personally don't think cloud loses to us as hard as people think, he might go even with us, tweek's a god
are all around even. might've forgotten some obvious matchups that are also even but whatever
i hear is kinda troublesome but idk much about the matchup so i won't pretend i do

I personally think that she has like 2 evens and wins the rest, no one really has the same mu spread
