What is the File Size limit for common5.pac?

I've read that it's 1.14 MB, but I assume that's with the regular brawl, because the Project M common5 according to my Computer is 5 MB.

Just wanted to make sure before accidentally making my Brawl freeze with that loud beep.

4,872 kb works for me, 4,889 does not. I am also trying to find the limit.
