What is the fastest way to edgeguard?

okay, you are on the left side of fd and you want to hang on the other ledge
What is the fastest way to edgeguard

i know a couple ways

run to ledge turn and shorthop onto ledge

run turn wavedash

run shine turn wavedash

run go off ledge shineturn fire bird

run stop pivot onto ledge

However, the one i use is pretty tricky to pull off without timing. you run, then you reverse shl while the momentum puts you at the edge of the ledge and you end up slipping onto the ledge. i hold to the ledge after i rshl, but that probably does not matter. it is faster than a lot of the edgeguards

Walk -> Pivot is fastest (Falco's walk speed is faster than his run speed).

Full Hop Reverse Laser (aka lazy hog) is also pretty quick, as are all shine turning options.

holy crap why dont you read the other thread right next to yours with THREE pages of stuff on edgehogging. your method was also mentioned in the other thread and i believe it is the fastest. even if you mess up you can just wavedash on, so yeah.
