What is the "20xx hack pack"?

I've been hearing it about more and more as I sink deeper into the Melee community. I was just wondering, what is it? what does it do and how can i get it?

It's a mod for Melee designed to make training easier. You can toggle stuff like an l-cancel notifier like PM has and/or a flash red when you fail to l-cancel. There's a whole slew of special options the thing brings that I haven't delved into, but you can find it on the Melee workshop here.
