So some people say that global smash power is not earned in for glory. So, what is it?

There is no real rank. Its like a high score thing. Whoever has the highest is best. But it is from For Glory.

I remember in the Direct Sakurai stated that the ranking was NOT for "For Glory" mode, but that it was actually just a representation of how well you were doing in the single player aspects. (Maybe including vs matches, but NOT for the ranking of For Glory)

Yeah it is kind of lame. Sakurai's "everybody wins" mentality got the best of him for online rankings. Miniverse will create there own leaderboard type thing though lmao.

Yea most of my game time was gonna be spent earning ranks. Oh well, ill still play it but maybe not for as long since there is nothing to work towards
