What is faster?

What is faster, Jump-Cancel Shine out of a run or Crouch-Cancel Shine out of a run?

I do not have frame data with me, so my guess is as good as yours, but jump cancel shine can theoretically be about 5 frames or less. I do not know much about crouch cancel shine but I can say that I do prefer jump cancel shine a lot more

Jump cancel shine must be done on the first airborne frame AKA frame 6. Crouch shines are faster if you are quick as you can cancel a crouch with a grounded attack on the first frame. For good examples of quick crouch shines check out Mango's spacies

You can shine out of run. You cannot crouch out of dash or shine out of dash, so use jump -> shine if you want to do it out of dash, but out of run, just hit down+b and it hits frame 1.

EDIT:
First airborne frame is not frame 7. I'm pretty sure jump squat ends on frame 5 and you can shine on frame 6.

Sorry, I was incorrect. Also, I've been in the lab and found that crouch shine is much easier and more efficient. Thanks for correcting me
