What is an "Ultrasmash"?

It gets mentioned several times in the demo: Result screen(always 0 for me) and even in Tips. In Tips it says you get it if you are far behind. What is the meaning of this?

Sounds like the Pity Final Smash in Brawl, but that's near impossible to get outside of timed matches, since the user has to be 5 points behind the leader.
