What is a thunders combo?

Okay, I've seen people throw around this term before, "waveshine to thunders combo" and such, but nobody seems to be interested in defining what a thunders combo is. I do know that it has something to do with Fox.

jab reset you hit them when they are on the ground and techicall pichu can combo people with his thunder but no one cares how.
