This idea just came into my mind and I realized it's so crazy it could actually work as a plot for SSB4.

would be a utter chaotic and surreal thing, and I doubt it would be pretty.

I didn't know this was The Legend of Zelda X Sonic the Hedgehog.

I'd rather Giygas as the villain or the "hunter" from Duck Hunt in vein of The Most Dangerous Game.

Heck, even Giygas has a better chance of showing up again. At least he didn't attack by shooting blood. Nor did his iris rip right out of the main part of the eye.

As others have said, Chaos is too much of a 3rd party character. I would like to see some sort of crossover fusion boss appear though.
Perhaps MajoraKnight would work.

Sorry if this is a bit off topic, but what if the plot revolved around a new villain stealing all of the major power sources from the different Nintendo Universes? Like the chaos emeralds from Sonic, Triforces from Zelda, Power Stars from Mario, etc. And then harnessing their power to take over the world.
