What if custom Palutena was allowed in tournaments?

In order to start breaking custom movesets into tournaments, what if we started with the one character who was the most dynamic in terms of her moveset? Besides the Miis, Palutena has the most diverse options and will be a much more viable threat if given access to Lightweight and Angelic Missile. Besides, it's unlikely she'll ever get to Diddy/Sheik level with these turned on, but at least it will encourage players to try her movesets and see how customs turn out before moving onto everyone else.
