What game am I thinking of?

The title of the thread may make it sound like this is a game, but it isn't.

I've been trying to remember the name of an internet flash game where you have a car and you buy weapons for the car like daggers and flamethrowers and shields and stuff. It's a massively multiplayer game. I used to play it on miniclip, but now I can't remember what it's called. Does anybody know what I'm talking about?

You get credits for beating other cars, and you use the credits to get new tires, chassis, or weapons.

right now it sucks... takes 20 minutes to find an opponent
