What? F-Tilt spam is BAD?

I read a post by someone on Smashboards and they said F-Tilt spamming is bad. What's wrong with it? I've never been punished by using it, it does great damage and has great knockback. It's predictable, but it works.

but to me its predictable so i wouldnt do it.
