WoL What exactly do various spirit abilities do?

Basically, I'm trying to figure out whether or not something like "physical attack" has more or less of a stat boost than something like "fist attack or foot attack". I understand obviously that one only takes one slot and covers multiple types of attacks, but I'm not sure if that's balanced by diminished stat boosts or not. It's more than just these two, but it's the most direct example I can find.

Not totally sure where else to post this that it will actually get seen and talked about, but feel free to close it if it's clutter.

EDIT: somebody in another thread answered this question for me, so I guess that's that.
