What Enemies would you most like to see as playable characters?

Not a bosses, things like minions, soldiers, stage hazards, etc.

Example: Space Pirates, Goombas, Darknut, Badniks, etc.

In some cases the enemy may be an individual and a recurring character like Birdo.

Here's My choice, Darknut.

Actually, I've got an awesome one that nobody thought of. This character is easily one of THE Most iconic and well know enemies in video games and fantasy.

Stalfos (Legend of Zelda), A.K.A the Skeleton Warrior.

They have been in almost every single Zelda game but let's be honest here. Regardless of the name, Stalfos is the "Skeleton Warrior" so they've technically been in Myths and Legends for Centuries and more media than Mario and Sonic combine. I Can actually say Stalfos would be pretty worthy of a spot on the SSB4 roster.​

Bullet Bill. Yes, seriously. I mean they're my favorite enemy in Mario! But in Smash terms, a much better character would be Shy Guy.

A Magikoopa (maybe Kamek) who summons generic enemies from the Mario and Yoshi series (Shy Guy, Koopa Troopa, Birdo?) and changes them a la Pokemon Trainer...

I don't really want to see any enemies (outside major villains of course) becoming playable characters. There are still primary characters from unrepped series that deserve representation......not to mention most enemies aren't deserving of the privilege. (They're not even tertiary characters)

Darknuts, Space Pirates, Hammer Bros, and Shy Guys would be cool. Unlikely as hell though. If we're talking third parties, Sniper Joes could be fun too. I'm mostly listing ones that would look cool.

The Fire Emblem mooks could work. If only for the different weapon types. As far as a fighting style, Knuckle Joe could make a decent moveset.

Well, the number of additional primary characters that deserve representation could be considered none or practically infinite depending on your opinion. Also, what is "deserving of the privilege" really? The majority of the SSB roster are popular characters but honestly, how many people knew CF before smash or cared about The Wii fit trainer, or ROB. As far as I'm concerned, anyone I want in the game is deserving and I'm pretty sure Sakurai has the same attitude.
