What do you do against Campy Players?

I just picked up IC's recently and I have been having a lot of problems against campy characters like ROB, Snake and Olimar. I can't approach them without getting hit/pushed away by projectiles. Does anyone have any advice or tips?

Snake: Against a smart Snake, you don't have time to "study the field" for mines, so just throw a random Ice Block to see if it triggers something, unless you kept track of where he placed it beforehand. The only way I can get past his 'nade spamming is by catching them and throwing them back.

Olimar: Ohhhhh MAN too easy. SH Blizzard EATS Pikmin for breakfast. Seriously, abuse & desynch it. Too good. Also, when he dies, you can 90% of the time get a free grab in when he's plucking for Pikmin.
