What's the name for a 4 stock when you have 69% damage? I seen a vod of silent spectre getting one and I know there is a name for it .

I don't think there is. When you have 69% people call it 'the power of 69' but that's about it.

Wouldn't it normally be referred to as a JV4?

I think JV4 is when you have 3 stocks left and 0% on the 3rd stock

I'd call a 69% 4 stock the "Lover's 4 stock"

Its called a JV69. Its harder to do than a JV5 because you have to get your opponent to hit you the perfect amount of times to get that percent and then not get hit at all.
