What CPU would be the best and worst anti-CPU and anti-human characters?

I think Mac would be a contender for anti-human. One level 9 literally spent 5 minutes straight armoring or countering my every move. Didn't block once. Yoshi could beat most other CPUs due to the dumb amount of pririty, weight, kill power, and recovery he can easily use against them, and his armor makes up for the inability to fight gimps.

Which AI would come out in top, or get rekt the fastest? Or which one could last the longest against someone with actual coherent ability?

I actually forgot why. I can't use myself for testing since my winrate vs level 9s would be 95%, that extra 5% were when items were on.
