What controller should be used with snake?

When using snake, its all about control. Which controller is best for snake if you do not use snakestepping?

It's about control more in regards to the fight, not the tangible aspect itself...

ill hate to think about snakedash with the wiimote.

but its quite simple for what controller should be used.

classic/gamecube controller. but its up to you what controller you want to use.

I use Wiimote + Nunchuk (d-pad down for jump, c for grab), and I have zero problems. I have no problems Mortal Sliding. I play Meta the same way, as well.
