What com lvl is the best for solo training?

I'm a Smash player who is relatively new to competitive play (I only started playing competitive on Smash 4.), and I was wondering what difficulty level is the best for solo training against computer players. I usually play the FD stages with two stocks (like For Glory rules). I've heard many people say that difficulty level 3 is best for testing combos and new techs, but level 3 always seemed too... easy for me. I used to play level 4, but they too have gotten pretty easy, so I'm on level 5 right now. I know that the com players are more reactive (dodge attack, shield, attack, etc...) than an actual human player who is more proactive ("Is he going to attack? Maybe he's trying to pull a fake-out? I'll dodge roll and transition into a jab combo... maybe?"), so I try to mix it up by playing on For Glory and with people in my friend group. I saw one person in the competitive threads here that said that they fight level 7 coms. I know that many people DO NOT recommend fighting level 9 coms because they are way too reactive and not at all indicative of an actual good player (Like ZeRo or M2K), and they can perfect shield and make far less mistakes than a more proactive player may generally make. So what level of computer player should I fight when I'm alone and can't fight with friends/don't want to play For Glory?

I'd recommend 7 or 8. They're usually the best, but 6 often works.

6 is a bit too easy though...

I personally recommend Level 8. They put up a fight without being too overly aggressive and inhuman with their shielding.

Just play level 9's to practice your reaction time and reflexes.
To practice offensive techniques there's no substitute for real humans. Go play For Glory.
The AI never DI's differently. Humans will DI in every way imaginable, giving you experience with all possibilities.

If you just want a grabbable sandbag to try a combo idea on, just leave them at level 1.

Amiibo can work also. They can fight like humans if you train them like a human (your obviously a human)Just make sure to not feed them anything.

I have legit determination just to beat my lvl 45 Weegee amiibo. We start with 5 sticks, but he always wins.

He's my favorite amiibo though (until I get Villager amiibo)
