What characters do you think will get buffed with a C-stick?

Being able to attack in the air while maneuvering away from the opponent will significantly buff certain characters like Jiggly and Kirby when a C-stick is usable. Some characters will also be able to smash out of dash a lot easier, like Fox and C. Falcon. Are there any other examples you can think of where the use of a C-stick will significantly improve a character's game?

Even though it hurts me to say it, Robin will become a Monster with a C-stick.
I feel like a huge chunk of the cast will actually get buffed with a C-stick.
