What characters can you chain grab with just down throw?

Only one I know of is Sheik. Anymore?

I'm pretty sure it's doable on everyone until a certain percentage that varies from character to character. The only thing that changes though is the timing for the grab because of the weight for each character.

Correct me if I'm wrong, though.

I've tried it with 4 or 5 characters and it worked with all of them at low percents. It probably does work with all characters until a certain percent.
