As the title says.
I think Kirby is underated, as his attacks are good, his inhale powers can be great, and he simply is much better than what people say he is.
On the other side, I think Mega Man is overated, as his normal attacks aren't that great his aeirls are horrible, his down special is bad, and he's not that strong damage-wise
