What can i do 2 counter G&W or Wario with Pikachu

I have a friend who always picks G&W and wario...but mostly wario. I always win but he always get me down to my last stock. I wanna change that...PLZ TELL ME HOW

Falling fair to utilt/grab
Proactive edgeguarding (seriously, follow him out there)
QAC, especially following recovery
Uair

Watch out for his key when you want to jump up and uair, only use thundershock when you're close enough to punish him with fsmash/upsmash for throwing out a bucket (really good when he's at 90% or higher), never fast fall your dairs/bairs, throw in random neutral As and dtilts and utilts to throw off G&W's crazy fast moves at close range.

Can't really give advice for the vs Wario, since my Pokemon Trainer is horrible.

pika's edgeguarding skills are amazing.........u can stand on the very edge then just tap the control stick forward quickly but slightly, and time it right and they are dead or u have a free shot at them....
