What are your feelings on the recent updates?

IMO they seem to have been really lame the last few weeks with a few exceptions. Today's is one of the worst. I mean what's next, how to insert the game in to the Wii? With all the so called content this game is rumored to have I'm sure we could have gotten a much better update without spoiling the game.

Just think of them as getting the lame updates out of the way for a rapid fire machine gun spray of epic updates.

Anyway, there are still 3 months left so they need to space the earth-shattering updates over a long period of time, 2 months more than they predicted. Therefore, I can tolerate the crap.

I'm not a huge fan of the recent updates, but then again I think also that with the delay from December 3rd to February 10 (I realize it is different in other places), that Nintendo now has to pull 50-60 some updates out of thin air. So a lot of the updates will suck, but there will be some good ones to come, and besides even if the updates aren't that good, it still will be an amazing game when it comes out, so just have some patience.

Did you think the updates will ALWAYS be mind blowing due to that?

Does people even think anymore?

It doesn't have to be mind blowing, but they don't need to post consecutive lame updates. They could alternate or give us double updates. Or give us an update that is at least decent. At this point maybe there shouldn't be any more updates if they have a hard time getting some on the site.

The character updates are getting far apart, which, I hope means that Sakurai isn't showing us any unlockables before the game's release. I reckon we can see a character every 3 weeks until release, whereas before they were about once a week, and about once a fortnight a little afterwards.
