What are the correct hitboxes/spacing I should use for combing at certain percents?

Would like to know the hitboxes needed. I know that there's DI factored in, but if it's possible, I would like the general area I need to be hitting with. For combos, I would like to know the hitboxes + percents leading into another fair, the hitboxes + percents for a ken combo, hitboxes + percents for a PAL ken combo, and any other things that should be known.

Most (all?) people just do these things by feel, not by memorizing strict percentages. This is smash not memory. Your answer has to be given in fractions of a second, you don't get the chance to think about what you've memorized.
Beat up NPCs, beat up people, watch videos. Circle these around (see if your CPU combos work on people. Check whether you have the technical ability to pull off what you saw somebody else do).

I doubt anybody could post a full list of what works at what percents; just fool around for yourself for these things.

I understand that Smash is played through gameplay, not memorization, but the knowledge definitely helps. For example, tipper fair stops working at a certain percent for a ken combo, so I would adjust spacing spacing for a different hitbox. combing cpus give a rough idea, but I want to be exact/precise.

Look at the frame data then you can tell or check Reddit because m2k has tons of stuff about these there

Alright, so I'm looking at the frame data, how am I transferring the knowledge of the frame data onto my gameplay? Also looking for the m2k stuff now, looking through his reddit user.

The frame data shows the hitbox so lets say you throw out a fair with Marth it shows you the length of how far the hit will go
