Anything with a tipper is safe on Shield.

Tipper F-Air, B-Air, D-Tilt, D-Smash Hit 2 are all safe. Tipper F-Tilt and F-Smash is safe on characters with low traction (such as Luigi). I don't think any non-tipped moves are safe, so space well.

All tipper aerials and tipper Ftilt are notable safe moves.
