What are good Wii Fit Trainer Stages?

I never know what stages i should pick sometimes are there any stages that help wii fit alot?

Pick a stage that you opponent's character doesn't favor. WFT is all about punishing poor approaches so take Gannon to FD and take Lil Mac to BF etc. Whatever gives your opponent a harder time is best for you
