Well...it's happened...

I just want you all to know that a very good friend and a great smasher has gone over to the dark side...

He went off to college and just came back to visit, and before he left, we'd play Melee into the wee hours of the morning.

Now he says "He doesn't have any long nights in him anymore"

Also, he takes naps regularly now. Another sure sign that he's slipping away from us.

And lastly, he's started hanging out with a girl. Not just any girl, a girl that DOESN'T PLAY MELEE.

My heart is slowly breaking...console me please. I've lost my Smash Buddy. Now taking applications to fill the position.

Oh come on, it's not that bad. But you forgot how Kirby is my new favorite character, I love playing with items, and I really think Goku has a good chance to be in Brawl.

It's not the end of the world my friend. The way I see it; A you will either find a smasher to replace him, or B give up smashing and find better ways to spend your time. Both are actually good outcomes when you think about it.

Also I'd like to add "doesnt have the long nights in him anymore?" What is he forty? Heck it's almost 1am and im still looking for a party to go to.

Oh, I know. This is mostly just poking fun at Tank McCannon (he's the one I'm referring to). As I really do have no one (Good anyway) to Smash with now that he's gone. There's a few guys who are worth playing with around, but they never want to get together to play for an extended period of time.
