But seriously. I've just gotten past a large hurdle of Uni assignments. I mean really, is it really necessary for me to write a 12,000 assessment piece on 'Emerging Technology'?

I mean really, I have more important things to be doing, like celebrating my 19th two weekends ago, which I was barely able to do the night between tournament days that same weekend which I should have spent locked in my room working anyway!

It was a pretty fun weekend. Ran a two day tournament, celebrated my birthday with smashers on the Gold Coast in 'Surfers Paradise' which is like Gold Coast's night club central (and our legal drinking age is 18).

When I cut the cake they bought for me, I said to them "I feel guilty because I'm not spending tonight with my family. But then, you guys are my second family".

And it's true. I've invested so much of my time into this community to call it anything but. I was planning on just calling out Heartz for her conspiracy to perpetrate a triopoly of threads back here. But this is now more like a blog which will avoid Jam's wrath.

Smash and smashboards. I have so much to be thankful for through these two things. There's a lot I would really like to say, but I think I'll save it for after I go to Genesis.

So I guess to all of my friends in the smash community, even if I've never met you in the flesh before.
