Weird Kirby Glitch

I sure hope nobody else has this...I tried searching for it and found nothing...oh well.

THE KIRBY FRYING PAN GLITCH

Ingredients:

1 Kirby
1 Mr. Game and Watch
(optional) 1 Peach

1. Set up any form of melee you wish. I chose a 4 stock, no time limit match

2. Choose the characters above and go to the Mushroom Kingdom stage

3. Once the match starts, have Kirby suck up G&W and copy him.

4. Have Kirby jump onto a brick on the stage and repeatedly press B.

If all goes well, Kirby should still be holding the frying pan after he finishes his attack. Discarding his copy ability, obtaining a new ability, and even dying have no effect on the frying pan, which Kirby will still be holding in his right hand (if those stubs are hands). For added fun, absorb the Peach for a Peach kirby, complete with frying pan!*

What do you mean, "version-specific"?

Version-specific means it only works in certain versions. Like the Boomerang Super Jump and Flame Cancel only work in version 1.0, I think.

I actually never heard of the glitch (being the SSBM latecomer I am).
