Weird Ivysaur Spike...

I've kinda noticed in certain times that Ivysaur's Nair has sorta VERY weak spike properties. I was facing a computer PT as Mario and he used Neutral Air on me. I kinda shot down slowly like a spike. But it was high on the Halberd's Deck so I didn't actually die. But it looked like he had spiked me with it. Any knowledge on it? I was at about 80% if that helps.

yeah it looks like ivy's underbelly hitbox has a weak spike to it.

Ivys Nair spikes depending on where on her body she hits you with it.
Pants actually has a very sexy ledge trick he does with this.
