Smash Wii U Weird glitch (and a broken stage?)

So I was just having fun on for glory and then as you can see here

Something pretty weird happens. As you can tell, the stage is just not there at all, only the background. If anyone happens to know why this happened or even what stage this was supposed to be let me know. At the least I thought it was funny and interesting to see.
Also no I've never modded my Wii U.

This has been happening to A LOT of people, now that hacking exists, people can load up unused stages online. They weren't intended to be played however, and don't work properly sometimes.
