Smash 3DS Weird bug I found

Hey guys, I don't usually use these forums (I had to go make ten posts just to make this thread) but I found a bug that I think you might have an interest in.

In the 3DS North American edition of the game, the announcer will sometimes bug out. If you start a custom match, select a character, de-select this character, go to the options menu, exit and immediately select Pit (and only Pit) he will sometimes:

• fail to say Pit's name
• say a totally different character's name

But that isn't the weird part. The weird part is some of the names he randomly says from the roster, particularly this one:

It's like the ice climbers chant, except that one IS legit.

Tried this ~100-200 times and no. I call shenanigans.

If you went to the trouble of putting it on vocaroo why not just make a quick video off your phone or something?

The announcer works well for me, instead I have other kind of audio issues, the music during a battle goes mute when there's a song change (for example when someone grabs a Hammer the music goes silent and remains that way for the rest of the match).

Maybe the explanation for both problems is the hardware, the 3DS can't handle the game well sometimes and does weird stuff.

Poor 3ds, is really is pushed to the limit with this game. Fortunately the Wii U will own everything.
I WILL say though, it's nice to have a portable, albeit slightly more limited version of the new Smash
