Weird Battlefield Glitch?

I think I found a glitch, and I'm really confused so I'm asking if you know about it. It was like battlefield, but the camera was higher up, the platform was more oval shaped, not rectangular and it was flashing a white light about once a second. Is this something in the game, I'm so confused... Also, I'm pretty sure this wasn't a mod because I was the only person in the room when it came up, and I don't have any mods.
