Weird Animations. What are these?

I was looking through FitMarioMotionEtc.pac and I found these animations names "SmashThrow_____." I don't remember any of these being in any part of Brawl. So, what are these? It looks like he's throwing somebody or something in a particularly aggressive way. Could these be part of an unused system of charged throws? This would make these the equivalent of smashes and the normal throws would be the equivalent of tilts.

EDIT: Judging by the way he's spinning in all of them, could these be the animations for throwing the trophy bases in SSE?
