Should PM follow suit and include Tipless Marth?

Roy is significantly different from Marth in PM

Shouldn't there be a Non-tipper Marth more about rushing down than spacing with tippers?
IDK, after seeing Lucina gameplay, a less spacey Marth would be an interesting addition.
