I just read the forum rules in their entirety, and replying to spam is not a 2 point infraction. It is stated that if you reply to spam by saying something involving the mods or the rules, then and only then is it a 2 point infraction. This means that most of the members banned last night were all given infractions for a rule they did not break. These bans were explained by saying the rules are at the top of the page, but it turns out that didn't justify it at all. I think some things should be reconsidered in light of this.

Yes, thank you for interpreting OUR rules for us.

Replying to Spam has ALWAYS been 2 points and will remain such. Just because your friend was banned due to breaking the rules doesn't mean we will relax it for him.
