Hello there. My tag is SてOナ, I know my profile says Lolazerz but that was a while ago and I thought it was funny. Anyway I've been playing Melee for about 6 months now and when I heard that a lot of people had been receiving hand related injuries. I thought it was no biggey since the character I play isn't really at the levels of TAS 20XX perfection that Fox is (btw. I main Roy). But after a while my hands started hurting more and more. Probably due to the fact that I program a lot. I just wanted to know if there are any guides on how to reduce hand pains from building up and hurting?

Stretch your hands before you play, it really helps.

Besides hand stretching, Glucosamine/vitamin D pills can help you out. Been told they good for repetitive hand motion pain, take a couple myself when my hands start to hurt.
