WARNING! Rookie Approaching

What's up everybody I just joined today and I’m seeking to play against skilled players who can help me significantly improve my smashing skills (which are steadily improving through playing Project M with my friends, though I’d say I’m still at an amateur level overall compared to truly skilled players). I enjoy many things gaming related, especially Nintendo. I’m very fond of the Grateful Dead (which is where my username comes from). I also quite enjoy green plants that rhyme with Hariyama... I'll let you think about that one (shouldn't take you long to figure out lol). I’m currently an Ike main, so advice from Ike experts (Ikesperts?) is extremely welcome. I have played Melee the most, followed by 64 and Project M (I have played very little Brawl). Unfortunately I don’t own a Wii or Brawl so I’m going to have to wait until Smash 4 is released to make and accept challenges but feel free to add my Nintendo Network ID and 3DS friend code for Pokémon X and Y (which I am also beginning to play competitively) and Smash 4 when it is released. So, with all that out of the way I hope to continue improving my smash skills and hope that some of you seasoned veterans can help me out when Smash 4 drops this winter.

For checking in on your local scene, here's Regional Zones - You can talk to your locals and establish some connections there.
For learning about some Project M Ike - Plenty of info to be learned there about our favorite hero.
And while you're unable to play at your own place (I think?) since you don't have the means to play PM, you can read this here guide in the meanwhile.
