Warioware stage freezing (V 2.5b)

I was playing Brawl (Not P;M) and I was at the stage selection screen when I chose WW it froze and made a sound like "MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" And I wonder if it had to do with the SD card that holds P;M V2.5b being in the Wii. It does the same thing when I click "Check SD Card Content" in pictures, stage builder, and replay. So I was wondering if it was connected?

EDIT: I toke the SD Card and tried WW again and it was fine.
