Wario is Still a great Character

I remember I've been around in Competitive Smash since Late Smash 4, back in the day I was a Luigi Main and had Diddy Kong as my Secondary.

I want to know Wario's current Matchup Chart because Despite Me Not playing as him that much he still is one of my favorite characters in ultimate, his hit boxes are small but once he gets in he's going to rock you HARD. Wario is still a Top Tier Character in my opinion, even after the 11.0.0 update. Yes, his Waft was made slower, you can no longer use up tilt to combo into Waft, he got some Bad DLC Matchups, and he already struggled against sword users who were on top around this time in Meta, but even then I always say Skill is more important than the matchup most of the time unless the matchup is close to or is outright unwinnable. A good Wario Main knows how to get in.

Wario speed and Kill Power alone make him a lower high tier character without Waft at least, and with Waft about middle of road Top Tier.

up | tilt | A | puhlls out large chip longer than his head / breaks chip / hands rustle a bit to demonstrate his weight / is a shield breahker attempt say this / slowly hits shield and stuns and shield resorbs
