I dont think they would work that well. Since fox has trouble in 2v1 situations because hes a fast faller. And he has a gimpable recovery. Wario needs a partner that can rack damage up quickly, like diddy kong, ZSS, or DDD with his cg's.

Fox has dair, and fair to rack up damage. Although his upsmash is really easy to KO with, it shouldn't be that hard to avoid. With wario being grab released, fox needs to help em out a lot, which I don't see happening effectively.

This is all in theory. I never teamed with a fox so i dunno.
