Want Brawl+'s gameplay, with regular Brawl's stages.

Is there any possible way to do this? I recently got Brawl+ and I love the new physics and the fact that I can play as individual pokemon, but I absolutely loathe what they've done to the stages in the game.

Is there any way I can just delete the stage mods (and new stage select screen) and keep everything else about Brawl+? I tried deleting the stage and module folders but it didn't work.
