Everyone who is anyone needs to convince the project m team that waluigi would be the best addition to the team! it would be a lot of work but soo worth it with his shortage of appearances in mario related games. im not sure about a moveset or anything but was thinking he could fall slower kind of like the diff between mario and luigi and have moves similar but different to wario. it would be the best addition to the team in my opinion so everyone hype this up and hopefully we will see him in the next update.

2) He would not be worth it because, as you said yourself, he has a shortage of appearances and is only seen in non-canon games acting as a player 2 for Wario when they play tennis.

EDIT: Daisy is more important to Mario canon as at least she appeared in ONE canon game.

sorry about that, with his shortage of appearances and his fan base I think he would be the perfect addition to this game its good to see other opinions about this and the characters I saw in the clone thread are kind of cool too but with 5 more slots I think he definitely deserves one

Well I wish you the best of luck trying to single handedly bring Waluigi all the way from the bottom of the list just above Pichu, Shadow, Tails, and Knuckles right now.

I feel like any other sonic characters would be pointless, and daisy would be so similar to peach she should just be a costume like mario/doc but in anycase ill try my hardest and I know other smashers have to feel the same way. lyn tom nook and bowser jr are also good ideas but I feel like waluigi surpasses them all

I wasn`t saying Daisy should be a clone character, I was just saying she had more canonical importance then Waluigi. Also, Peach already has a daisy inspired recolor. I do agree with you on more Sonic characters.

who are you looking forward to see? lyn would be cool and tom nook !! I think bowser jr is cool too but lack of difference from bowser in moveset would make him a waste of a slot.
