Okay, so I've seen videos of a playable Waluigi in Project M for some time now, I'm not certain if this is related to Project M or not but "Project M" is in all the video thumbnails. This is the channel that constantly has been posting about Waluigi called "MarioKing64DS" (can't post a link, apparently need 10 more posts to do so.) So, is he actually a real Project M asset or is he a fan-made character for a fan-made mod? I'm so confused, but it looks like he's been done for a while now but I just don't know if he's supposed to be in the game since no updates have added him in. He's apparently been announced since as early as 2012 from what I've seen, but still I just want to know if he's intended to be another official Project M character by their own team, or if Project M fans are simply making him for their own pleasure?
I just want to play as him badly, and if this is just a fan character I'll be pretty upset there, but not if I can throw him into my Project M V3.0.2 anyway. So, is he official to the unofficial mod or just fan-made? And if he's finished, does anyone know where I could download him and how to add him onto the game? I just want this confusion to clear up because I've seen videos that got me excited and I don't know if they're legit cause I've also seen a "Project M: Unbound" thing and that really confused me. But anyway, answers are appreciated!
