I come from the future of 2078, where the new Nintendo console's electronic spores tap straight into your adrenal gland, with improved retinal scanning, a mind control system, holographic movie surround vision, and telepathic personal music. Unfortunately there is no Lucina in the new Smash Bros. game in my own time. To prevent this dark future from coming to pass, I have traveled into my past, your present, that is, to become strong enough as Lucina to ensure that I will not be erased from Smash's future...

Don't you dare call me a clone; I've poked eyes out before.

... I'm kidding, of course. I embrace my main for what they are and will always stick by using her because of my love for the character.

I main Lucina, Mewtwo, and Corrinette. Other characters I use frequently:

Besides Smash Bros,. I also play RPGs (generally action-RPGs like Kingdom Hearts), numerous Nintendo franchises (especially Legend of Zelda), and Mafia/Werewolf/Whodunnit type games. I am also an avid reader, and watcher of too many anime series to list all at once thanks to my boyfriend, who has followed anime as they release for many years now. I live with him and our adorable kitty DK (not named after the ape).

I am a semi-casual player of Smash Bros., which is to say that I occasionally look at written-form and video guides for characters and try to pick up a few tricks/techniques to improve my ability with characters, but don't pursue many advanced techniques for many hours trying to become a highly competitive player. I mostly play Smash 4 online With Friends to have a good time and perhaps improve little by little with the characters I love using most.

Yeah, that sounds great! I'm going to enjoy talking about my mains with everyone, including Lucina! Having grown up as a huge Zelda fangirl, I have always felt drawn to sword users, so when Melee came out I found myself attracted to Marth even though I did not yet know about Fire Emblem at the time. His character helped put FE on my radar, and I continued to use Marth going into Brawl.I have been waiting for a swordfighter of my own gender for a long time, and I was sure it was going to be a FE character when it finally happened. Prior to Smash 4's release I was rooting for Lyndis, but seeing the Lucina announcement was just a beautiful outcome that I hadn't even seen coming. I knew I'd be using her all the time when the game released.

I'm really glad I tried Lucina out, even if I started using her for parody purposes. She's really fun and I tried Awakening because of her, and it was great.

Thanks, I'll be sure to accept your request. I love Corrin too btw! I have put a lot of time into Corrinette to try and figure out whether I feel more comfortable with her as a main or a secondary, and I've been very pleased to decide that she should be my newest main. I love Corrin! And that black/gold alt is just as awesome as Lucina's black/gold Tharja costume. I like both characters with black hair and outfits. Of course, Corrinette's other alts are also great, they pop out visually quite nicely.
