WAD installer help?

So I have this small problem with WAD installer. Every time I try to install the PAL version it gives me the -2011 error.
Now I heard that's because of the Trucha Bug, but that thing won't work either, it gives me even more errors. Sigh.

4.0E, any help please? If this is in the wrong place/should be in some thread I'm sorry.
