Villan Ties To Story Mode

Every character is tied to the story, right? DUH!! Well, for the games I'm familiar with, I'm going to project what I think the villans would be doing with the primid. I don't know if this will turn into a big discussion or not. I just want to write this out.

Meta Knight-Obviously, Meta Knight's Halberd is the base of operations. I believe that the Primid Minister has made a deal with Meta Knight, for some reason, to begin spawning primid in the ship, and also use it as a base for all accomplices to view their plans being put to action. I think that at some point the minister betrays Meta Knight, and comadeers the Halberd, casting Meta Knight from the ship.

Bowser-Bowser is in on the primid's relentless destruction, and is aboard the Halberd. He warns the minister of Mario's past interference within his own issues, and they immediately dispose of him (blasting him away). This is when Petey Pirahna captures the princesses. Meta Knight promises to help the minister if they also take care of Kirby, which explains why they didn't just blast him away as well. Meta Knight either wants to take Kirby captive, or watch Kirby get a whooping by Petey.
Bowser also helps with strengthening the primid forces with minions of his own, in return for the capture of Princess Peach. Either that, or Peach and Zelda are taken captive because of more mysterious reasons.

Ganondorf-He basically wants control or something similar. He lends a hand with his magic, and knowledge of mystical artifacts (not to keen on the LoZ series, so if this doesn't make sense, eh...) In return, he gets Zelda as bait or something for Link so he can finish him off as payback for what Link has done to him...

Giovanni-Giovanni, head of Veridian gym and Team Rocket, decides to team up with the Minister and co. He wants power, and is sure the minister can grant him it. He allies the primid forces with the whole of Team Rocket and their pokemon. In return, he gets pkmn the primid capture, and he also gets power over...whatever (haha)... He also wants the Primid to help him capture rare legendary pokemon, especially what is said to be the most powerful of all...Mewtwo...

Ridley-Ridley and his space pirate 'army' or 'brigade' come across the Halberd, which is traveling across a gap in space linking the Lylat system and Planet Zebes's galaxy (idk the name lol) together. Ridley and co. try to pillage the Halberd, but are captured soon by the minister and the others. Ridley, in exchange for Samus (and whatever Ridley may want...??), agrees to lend the space pirate's hands to the primid forces, further strengthening the Subspace Army.

Star Wolf-Wolf and co. take on a similar role as Ridley, in that they are trying to show the Halberd who is boss. The minister sees their exceptional dogfighting abilities are valuable, and hires them (for money, basically), to guard the Halberd spacecraft from aerial attacks.

EGGMAN (!)-Eggman makes a deal with the primid. hmm, he could be supplying the forces with Dr. Robotnik robots.. in return for the chaos emerald's.... or power over certain worlds sucked into the subspace..
I know there is more villans, but I may not be thinking of them right now. Please suggest some (logical) ones for me, if you want to strengthen my theory.

The Triforce Theory: Ganondorf needs both Link and Zelda to complete the Triforce, in order to do something truly amazing. ? So, he captures Zelda, hoping Link would also come to the rescue.

The Mushroom Kingdom/ Fire Emblem Theory: Peach is also needed for some purpose... Being the princess of an entire kingdom could be good leverage for the enemy... Say, if she plays an important part in some thing that has to do with a Fire Emblem enemy kingdom, or something like that...I'm not familiar with the fire emblem games, but it seems kinda lord of the rings/renosance-ish, so I'm guessing another kingdom's princess would be well for a kingdom...

The Subspace Army's Forces: The primid, making up much of the force, are the main soldiers of the subspace army, commanded by the Minister himself. Team Rocket, commanded by Giovanni, aid the primid forces with their pokemon. The Koopalings. Bowser's army is now part of the Primid mass. It consists of Koopa Troopas, paratroopas, and all other koopas, and also the mushroom kingdom traiters, the goombas. If K. Rool is in the game, no doubt would the Kremlings be part of the primid's army as well. Ganondorf may also supply the army with ReDeads, or something else that is linked to him in some way. The Star Wolf team encircles the Halbird when danger is near, eliminating any threats from the air. Rocket's flying pokemon would also assist.

Interesting idea that each villian could have their own agenda.....and perhaps that selfishness will allow a counter attack by the heroes. Or maybe they will work as a real team (2 vs 2 in story mode with you and a comp in some instances) and make it very difficult. So many possibilities.

I like the idea very much.

Isn't Meta Knight's story slightly off, though? I didn't think he wanted to kill or defeat Kirby, i thought he was more of a 'fighting for justice' guy, and the only time he challenges Kirby is if Kirby inadvertently gets in the way because of his naivety.

If i'm right, wouldn't it make more sense for Meta Knight to be brainwashed into thinking he's fighting alongside the primids for justice, but then he gets bettrayed and realises their true agenda?

Yea I was thinking that the whole time, so i kinda winged Meta Knight's, but maybe he wants to triumph over Kirby, who has always beaten him. ?

I seriously hope that you idea is similar to the one in the game because it sound really interesting for the side scrolling part of the game.

Hmmm, Ridley is Samus's like archnemesis, right? I'll update the first post with my theory on him (although I don't really have a clue about him, so correct me if it sounds doubtful)

Edit: I just thought of something...what if Meta Knight knows about it all along? He makes it look like he is playing for the right team, but when the chance arises, he tries to deal with the Primid Minister. Of course, things go wrong, and he completely loses the minister's trust, and the Halberd itself. (I say this because Meta Knight can be seen as a playable in the single player story mode, so I doubt he stays loyal to the minister.

I personally don't think it'll be anything more than Bowser's motivation for helping Mario in SPM: How can he rule the world if Count Bleck erases it?

Just about none of the possible playable villains can get what they want if the Subspace Army keeps blowing up the multiverse so they do what have to in order to stop the invasion.

I disagree. I don't think that the worlds are gone when the subspace bomb explodes. As the update said, it sends them to the subspace, the primid's (i'm guessing) world, or their 'area'. The Minister would ultimately get whatever he wants in the end, but he can use help from others in the process. Just by telling them he'll help them get what they want would probably work, since he can hand over anything to them once it gets transported to the subspace. He might be trying to build his own world by ripping parts of others out. He will give power of parts of his subspace world over to those that help him (at least he says he will), in return for their help and loyalty. He rules all, but lets them rule different parts of his kingdom, like lords and such, and he's the king.

He helped out in the Amazing Mirror, but in Squeak Squad he was jsut stopping Kirby from being a total idiot. Would've succeeded too, if it wasn't for that meddling puffball.

All this talk about Dedede... but he's not in the list of potential villains? (I know he's kirby's ally in the newer games, but you never know!)

Anyways:
I'm being semi-serious about this next part...

I see wario as a villain. He's greedy, so the Ancient Minister could persuade him to help him defeat mario and others with his brute strength for a little cash....

Yes, I totally agree with taht....ALTHOUGH... The minister could ALSO have threteaned his Wario Ware co. with a subspace bomb...so, he could be swtiching sides the whole time! I bet Wario would do something like that...maybe??
Also, Dededde isn't much of villain either... he is usually the one who stops the main villain from totally annihilating Dream Land altogether, like in Kirby's Adventure...right? But he IS greedy, and would probably love to help the minister....MAYBE...since Nightmare tried 2 do something similar, but Dededde stopped him... (didn't he do something similar, in destroying stuf and what not + bad dreams [oh no, bad dreams!])

Well they said they wanted to have a plot ever since the beginning. I think they were gonna in Melee, but didn't have time or something, so they made it into adventure AND event mode...

No really, good ideas. Sadly enough though I'd like it so that Bowser wasn't in the halberd with Meta-Knight. Call me old fashion, but I'd actually like Bowser's Castle to play a role in the SSE.

Other than that they're all pretty solid in story plots.

Ye I wuld like that idea to.. I'm just thinking of the Halberd as like the main base, you know? But Bowser's castle would be pretty cool as well..
