Firstly, if there's already a thread about him here (nothing came up in the search), then I apologise and you have the right to eat my head.
But if there isn't already a thread about him here...well...WHY!?

I've been thinking about his moveset quite a bit.

B - Slow-mo charge punch. Holding B slows time around Joe (not for other players) as he lets loose with a single punch. The longer B is held, the more powerful the punch gets, and releasing it executes the powered up strike. Maximum charge time of 4 seconds. Biggish after-lag time due to slo-mo change.

Left/right B - Voomerang. Travels forward and then up in an arc back to Joe's hand. Can't be controlled like Link's boomerang, but has more range and power. Does more damage the further it goes. The catch takes a few frames of delay.

Up B - The upward spiral Joe does when he jumps Zoomed in. Controlled for a single direction, like Fox's Up B. Has short-range effect of Link's spin-attack. Few frames for the cancelling spin, falls into standard unrecoverable tumble. If he spins down from mid-air to the floor and hits the stage mid-move, it produces small shockwaves but more lag than usual to recover.

Down B - Zoomed stomp that Joe does in mid-air, sending shockwaves out. If used on the ground, Joe does the Zoomed tornado-splits kick. Zoom-stomp takes the same recovery time as the Falcon Kick to ground. Tornado-splits kick takes a few frames for Joe to self-right again.

Diagonal Down B - Red Hot Kick had to be somewhere, right? Who cares about making up controls? It's Brawl.
Lateral damaging movement when used on the ground, like the Falcon Kick. Diagonal downwards when used in the air. Aids in stage recovery, and after colliding with a midair opponent, Joe bounces off, the kick resets and it can be used again.

Final Smash - Joe acceses Speed VFX and zooms around the stage, kicking and punching all combatants repeatedly. If it's just a one-on-one battle, opponent gets smashed in the face from multiple angles and major damage is done.

Size - Same as Mario, perhaps a bit taller.

Weight - Around Luigi sort of weight.

Jump - Same height as Luigi's.
Midair Jump - Same again.

Gravity - Falls slightly slower than Falco.

Average Smash Power - About as powerful as Dr. Mario's attacks, which are slightly more powerful than Mario's.

Viewtuful Joe is sick, I was thinking of him being in it, it will be good, but I feel that Nuntendo can do a bit better. (sorry, Joe)
