Video/audio syncing program

I really hate un-synced videos. It just bugs me for no actually reason, besides that the audio isn't synced >.>

Is there a program I can download that can sync videos for me, or allow me to do that?

3. Umm... how would one go about syncing with VirtualDub? *confused by long menus and many buttons*

if they are your videos that are being desynced you are recording to a codec that is taking too much of your cpu causing things to lag behind.
